Quality Assurance Specialist
A Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is someone who is responsible for ensuring that all supports and processes are controlled and monitored for quality and compliance.
Compliance Specialist responsibilities include:
Verifying operations and documentation are in compliance with internal procedures and relevant Laws and regulations.
Participate in process changes in the organization.
Participate in audits.
Consulting with the legal department and advising leadership and management on compliance matters.
Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
Evaluating compliance activities and acting as a liaison between the organization and various government agencies.
Requirements and skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field. 6 years of experience in related fields may substitute for a degree.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Documenting and reporting.
Knowledge in THERAP is a plus.
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Is also recommended.
Good organization skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with other departments and organizations.
