Quality Assurance Specialist

A Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is someone who is responsible for ensuring that all supports and processes are controlled and monitored for quality and compliance.

Compliance Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Verifying operations and documentation are in compliance with internal procedures and relevant Laws and regulations.

  • Participate in process changes in the organization.

  • Participate in audits.

  • Consulting with the legal department and advising leadership and management on compliance matters.

  • Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.

  • Evaluating compliance activities and acting as a liaison between the organization and various government agencies.

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field. 6 years of experience in related fields may substitute for a degree.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Documenting and reporting.

  • Knowledge in THERAP is a plus.

  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Is also recommended.

  • Good organization skills and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work with other departments and organizations.
